How to Join a Meeting

Joining a LiveSwitch Video meeting is quick and easy.

Join from an Email Invite

1. Once you receive a email invite from LiveSwitch Video a link will be included in the body of the message along with other meeting details.  At the time of the meeting simply click on the the meeting link url or copy and paste it into your browser
2. On the next screen adjust settings as needed and click Join Call
3. Not around your computer?  Don't have internet?  No problem. Most meetings include a dial-in by phone option.  Use the phone number provided and when prompted enter the Dial-in Passcode or use the One-Click Dial-in feature and let us do all that pesky dialing

Join from your LiveSwitch Video Account with Meeting ID

1. Already have a LiveSwitch Video account?  Great, login to your account 
2. From the Start a Meeting screen type in the Meeting ID you were provided under Join a Meeting
3. Click Join
4. On the next screen adjust settings as needed and click Join Call 
5. Happy Meeting!
