Password Reset

Forget your password?  It's ok....we forget ours too sometimes...

  1. Quickly reset your password by going to the Home page and click Sign In
  2. From the pop up screen click the Forgot Password link
  3. Enter your email address that is linked to your LiveSwitch Video account and click submit
  4. An email with a link for you to reset your password will be sent shortly, please follow the instructions in the email to get logged back in

For accounts created using single sign on via Google, Facebook or LinkedIn you will need to sign in to that specific platform you linked your LiveSwitch Video account to and reset from there as needed. 

For ease of use LiveSwitch Video offers users the ability to use Single Sign-On (SSO) functionality which is an authentication method allowing users to securely authenticate with applications using just one set of login credentials. LiveSwitch Video currently supports account creation via SSO through Google, Facebook and LinkedIn.
