Can't Join A Meeting
If you're getting an error message when trying to enter a meeting, there are a few different things that could be going on. Here are some first steps you can do to get everything working again!
Update Your Browser
The first thing to check is that your browser is up to date. There are links below that walk you through updating your browser if you don't know how to:

- Microsoft Edge - This browser is updated automatically when you update Windows
Clear Your Cache and Cookies
Next, we recommend clearing the entire browser's cache and cookies, then restarting the computer. Instructions for clearing your cache and cookies for our supported browsers are linked below:
Browser Extensions
Finally, It's not uncommon for certain third-party extensions to cause problems with certain websites. You can try using your browser in private mode. If everything works fine, then you know the extension is causing the problem. You can try to disable the extension to help resolve the problem.
