Troubleshooting Echo in a Meeting

We hate echo as much as you do! Let’s fix that together.

It’s likely one of these few things will help:

• Make sure your mic is muted.
• If you’re using built-in speakers on your laptop, lower the speaker volume.
• If you’re using an external microphone, move the microphone about a foot away from the speakers.
• Still having issues? Try switching to earbuds or a headset.
