Troubleshoot Lip Sync Issues in a Meeting
If you're getting lip sync issues in a meeting, there are a few different things that could be going on. Here are some first steps you can do to get everything working again!
- Make sure your browser is running on the latest version. There are links below that walk you through updating your browser if you don't know how to:
- Google Chrome
- Mozilla Firefox
- Safari
- Microsoft Edge - This browser is updated automatically when you update Windows
- Try using your internal microphone and camera and see if the audio sync is better.
- Make sure you are on a stable network connection! Ethernet connection is the easiest way to ensure a stable network connection.
- Turn off any software running on your computer that you do not need.
